Privacy policy

This is a plain-language summary of what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to nimtto.com and nimtto.com/international. Questions? Email [email protected].
What we collect
- About you: your name, email, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash, never as the password itself).
- About your event: names, dates, places, times, your story, music choice and the photos you give us.
- From your guests: their replies (RSVP): names, which events they will attend, how many people and any notes or meal choices you ask for.
- Payments: the order, the amount and its status. Card payments go through PayPal; we never see or store card numbers. For QR payments in Nepal, we keep the screenshot you send us to confirm the payment.
- Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and browser) to keep the service secure and working.
Why we use it
- To make, show and look after your invitation.
- To show you your guests’ replies.
- To take payment, confirm it and keep records we are required to keep.
- To contact you about your order by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- To keep accounts and the service safe from abuse.
Who processes it for us
- PayPal: card and PayPal payments.
- Brevo: account emails, such as confirming your email and resetting your password.
- Cloudflare: delivers the website quickly and protects it from attacks.
- Our server host: stores the website, your account and your invitation.
They process data only to provide their service to us.
What we never do
We never sell your data or your guests’ data, and we do not use it for advertising. Your guests’ replies are shown only to you and to our team.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and invitation while your account is open, and your invitation stays online for at least one year after your event date. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can see and change your details in your dashboard. To ask for a copy of your data, or for your account, invitation and guest replies to be deleted, email [email protected] from the email on your account. We reply within a few business days.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
