Refund policy

A plain-language summary. It applies to every order on nimtto.com and nimtto.com/international.
All payments are final
Once you have paid for your plan, the payment is final. Your plan switches on as soon as your payment is confirmed, and your invitation is yours to edit and share.
Refunds in critical cases
In a critical case, you can ask us for a refund. We look at each request and may approve a full or partial refund, or decline it. Refunds are our decision and are never automatic.
If something is wrong
If something does not work or looks wrong, tell us and we fix it for you, at no extra cost.
Custom designs
A custom design starts as an enquiry: we reply with a price, and you pay only if you agree. Once paid, the same rule applies.

Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +977 980-6393298 with your order number (it looks like NM-12345) and we will help.
How you get it
- Paid by card or PayPal: we refund through PayPal, to the same card or account. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
- Paid by Khalti, eSewa or bank QR in Nepal: we send the money back to your wallet or bank account.
