1. What Nimtto is

Nimtto makes online invitations: an invitation that opens on a phone, with an event page and a way for guests to reply (RSVP). You choose a design and a plan, and our team sets up the invitation with you.

2. Your account

To order, you make an account with your name, email, phone number and a password. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

3. Orders and payment

• The price of each plan is shown before you order. You pay once. There is no subscription and no charge per guest.
• On the international site you pay in US dollars by card or PayPal, through PayPal’s checkout. In Nepal you can pay by Khalti, eSewa or a bank QR and send us a screenshot, and we confirm the payment.
• A custom design is an enquiry. We reply within one business day with a price, and you pay only if you agree to it.

4. What we deliver, and when

• Your invitation appears in your dashboard as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• Our design help usually takes 1 to 3 business days once we have your details. A custom design takes longer; we agree the timing with you.
• You check every change before you share the link with guests.

5. How long your invitation stays online

Your invitation stays online for at least one year after the event date. If you need it longer, ask us.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to the names, words and photos you give us. You give us permission to use them only to make and show your invitation. Please only send content you have the right to share. We may remove content that is unlawful or harmful.

7. Our designs

The designs, artwork and code of Nimtto belong to us or to the creators we credit. Your plan lets you use your design for your own event. You may not copy or resell our designs.

8. Refunds

Payments are final. In a critical case you can ask for a refund; we may approve a full or partial refund at our discretion. If something is wrong with your invitation, we fix it for you. The full policy is on the refund policy page.

9. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep every invitation online and correct. If something goes wrong because of us, we will fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund you as the refund policy says. We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control, such as internet or payment-provider outages.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
